Chemistry and Technology of Fuels and Oils Aims and scope

Oil pollution is a serious threat to wildlife and plants. Man-made disturbances can lead to complete or partial destruction of the soil cover. Creation of new and improvement of existing methods of soil cleaning and soil cover reclamation is an urgent problem. The article discusses promising reagents for cleaning and reclamation of oil-contaminated soils by bioremediation. The prospects of using the reagents in comparison with existing analogues are shown.
