The objective of this work is to develop an immobilization technology for liquid organic radwastes by permeation of porous cement matrices, ensuring high filling of the final compound with wastes. It is shown that by permeation of porous cement matrices placed in containers with different shape and volume the organic wastes can be immobilized so that the final product of regulated quality with filling 56–64% by volume or 47–52% by mass, which is 2.5–10 times greater than for current technologies for immobilizing organic wastes. Depending on the type of wastes, the permeation of porous cement matrices in standard 200-liter containers is 21–90 liters/h at linear rate 0.3–1.1 cm/min. A mathematical model making it possible to predict the optimal permeation parameters and the capacity of the dispensing equipment for immobilization of the different types of wastes is developed.
