  1. As Professor Lindgren notes, there are better allocations than the ones considered in his scenarios. I have taken the liberty to reproduce the example with the initial allocation being the one that maximises health.

  2. In 2021, the average monthly salary of a nurse was SEK 39,500 [4] and the employer fee was 46.15% [5]. SEK 39,500 * 12 * 1.4615 = SEK 692,751.
