Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über eine 53-jährige Patientin mit dem Zufallsbefund eines arteriosklerotischen Aneurysmas der A. mesenterica superior. Im bakteriologischen Abstrich findet sich kein Nachweis von Pilzen oder Bakterien. Die Rekonstruktion erfolgte durch komplette Resektion und Rekonstruktion mit Hilfe der autologen V. saphena magna.

Abstract

We report on a 53-year-old female patient with the incidental finding of an arteriosclerotic aneurysm of the a. mesenterica superior. The bacteriological investigation provided no proof of fungi or bacteria. Reconstruction was achieved by complete resection and reconstruction with an autogenous vena saphena magna.
