Summary

In the suburban areas of mega cities an attractive public traffic can hardly be realized under economic aspects. Electrical mobility enables here to meet the high efficiency of the regional public train and the underground even for an individual. Using sustainable electricity generation, globally seen very low emissions and significant reduction in fossil oil demand can be achieved.

Zusammenfassung

In den suburbanen Zonen der Großstädte ist ein attraktiver öffentlicher Nahverkehr wirtschaftlich kaum machbar. Die Elektromobilität bietet hier die Möglichkeit einer umweltfreundlichen und nachhaltigen Mobilität, mit der auch im Individualverkehr eine einzelne Person die mittlere Effizienz der Bahnen und U-Bahnen erreicht. Bei nachhaltiger Energiebereitstellung lassen sich auch global gesehen sehr geringe Emissionen und erhebliche Einsparungen am fossilen Erdölbedarf erzielen.
