Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten von zwei Patienten mit papillären Fibroelastom atypischer Lokalisationen: Bei einem Patienten entsprang das Fibroelastom vom septalen Segel der Trikuspidalklappe und den angrenzenden Anteilen der rechtsatrialen Wand, hingegen beim zweiten Patienten mit einem Stiel aus der Lateralwand des linken Ventrikels.

Abstract

Two cases of atypical papillary fibroelastoma are reported: the first arising from the septal leaflet of the tricuspid valve or the adjacent part of the right atrial wall, while in the second patient it originated from a short branch involving the lateral wall of the left ventricle.
