Abstract
This thesis was developed in China in 2019 and deals with using bamboo for lightweight, self-supporting roofing. The research topic is the study of form-resistant structures through the bamboo to design flexible and adaptable spaces. The aim is to investigate the performance of an alternative material that is environmentally sustainable.
