These varieties are the result of potato breeding work carried on by the Mmnesota Agricultural Experiment Station at University Farm, and the branch stations at Grand Rapids, Cookston and Duluth in cooperation with the State Department of Agriculture, Dairy and Food, and the Division of Fruit and Vegetable Crops and Diseases, United States Department of Agriculture.
