Der Langmuirsche Dunkelraum wurde in einer Glühkathodenentladung von mehreren Ampere in den Gasen He, Ne, Ar, H2 an ebenen Kathoden aus Tantal, Magnesium und Wolfram in Abhängigkeit von Gasdruck und Spannung untersucht.
