Zusammenfassung
Die Aufnahme von Aflatoxin B1-C14 durch Leber- und Nierenschnitte verschiedener Spezies zeigt eindeutig, daß der Transport des Toxins zu den einzelnen Organen der betreffenden Spezies nicht die Hauptursache für die beobachtete Variation in der Speziesempfindlichkeit gegenüber Aflatoxin ist.
Summary
Uptake of aflatoxin [14C]-B1 by the liver and kidney slices of different animal species clearly indicates that the transport of the toxin to different organs of the respective species is not the major cause for the reported variation in the species susceptibility to aflatoxin.
