Zusammenfassung
Nach einer ausführlichen Übersicht über die komplexe Symptomatologie beim Papillon=Léage-Psaume-Syndrom (Dysostosis orodigito-facialis) wird erstmals im deutschen Schrifttum über vier eigene Beobachtungen berichtet. Die bisherige Annahme, daß ausschließlich weibliche Individuen betroffen sein können, wird durch Demonstration von zwei männlichen Patienten widerlegt. Die Möglichkeiten und Notwendigkeit des operativ-therapeutischen Vorgehens werden aufgezeigt.
Summary
After a detailed survey of the intricate symptomatology in the Papillon=Léage-Psaume-Syndrom (Dysostosis orodigitofacialis) four own observations are reported for the first time in the german literature. The previous assumption, that only female individuals could be concerned, is refuted by demonstration of two male patients. The chances and the necessity of operative treatment are explained.
