Zusammenfassung
Im Zusammenhang mit der Frage nach der Bedeutung propriozeptiver Reflexe für die Phonation wurden in lückenlosen Schnittserien das Vorkommen, die Zahl und die Verteilung von Muskelspindeln im M. cricoarytaenoideus dorsalis und im M. cricothyreoideus des Menschen untersucht.
Der M. cricoarytaenoideus dorsalis enthält regelmäßig Muskelspindeln. Ihre Zahl ist mit 3–5 Spindelorganen pro Muskel gering.
Von vier untersuchten Mm. cricothyreoidei (Pars recta) war nur in 2 Fällen je eine Muskelspindel nachweisbar.
Die inneren Kehlkopfmuskeln des Menschen gehören zu den spindellosen und spindelarmen Muskeln. Die Einstellung ihrer Spannung erfolgt nicht wie bei vielen anderen Muskeln unter dem Einfluß eines einfachen spinalen Regelkreises, sondern muß vorwiegend von höheren Zentren bewirkt werden.
