Samenvatting

Engelse huisartsen kregen moeilijkere consulten doordat ze de patiënten met kleine kwalen via een telefonisch triagesysteem gedelegeerd hadden aan verpleegkundigen. Dit lijkt heel logisch en ik merkte hetzelfde in onze groepspraktijk toen we meer taken delegeerden aan de assistenten en de praktijkondersteuner. Toch planden we tot voor kort nog 6 patiënten per uur. Het spreekuur liep – helaas niet ongemerkt – steeds meer uit.
