Abstract
An interesting, rare ulcerative lesion— a midfacial granuloma was encountered by us. It was histologically diagnosed as a case of histiocytic lymphoma. The same is being presented here with a brief review of the recent trends in the literature on the subject of the histogenesis of idiopathic midfacial pleomorphic granuloma.
