Pregnancy in an acromegalic after bromocriptine therapy

Summary

A woman with active acromegaly conceived following pituitary irradiation and during bromocriptine therapy. She was delivered by Caesarean section and a residual pituitary adenoma was subsequently removed trans-sphenoidally.
