Резюме

В зависимости от формуляции условия квазинейтрального состояния неоднородностей в анизотропной плаеме получаются два вида коэффициэнта амбиполярной диффузии. Вычисляется их разность и дается сравнение для высот ≲ 300к.м в ионосере.
