Die Umkehrplastik bei malignen Tumoren der unteren Extremität

Operationsprinzip

Nach Diagnose eines malignen Tumors im Oberschenkelbereich Tumorresektion “weit” im Gesunden (nach den Kriterien von Enneking et al. [4]) unter Mitresektion des Kniegelenks, Erhaltung des Nervus ischiadicus und 180°iger Drehung des Unterschenkels mit Retransplantation und Gefäßrekonstruktion. Das Sprunggelenk, das nun “umgekehrt” auf Kniehöhe liegt, kann als Kniegelenk in einer Prothese verwendet werden.
