Summary

The growth of body and organs and the chemical composition, concerning water-, ash-, fat-, amino acid- and total nitrogen content, have been investigated of eggs and postembryonic development phases of rainbow trouts,Salmo irideus. The fry was hatched artificially and nourished exclusively with fresh beef liver.
