Zusammenfassung

Orofaziale Dyskinesien aus dem äußeren oder/und inneren Funktionskreis können während der kieferorthopädischen Behandlung erst oder wieder auftreten. Sie veranlassen charakteristische Dysgnathien. Die Dyskinesien bzw. die entstandenen Dysgnathien sollten nicht übersehen werden, weil sie das Behandlungsziel gefährden.

Summary

Orofacial disturbances can develop anew or during orthodontic treatment. They cause characteristic dysgnathias and should be noticed, since they jeopardize the treatment result.

Résumé

Au cours d'un traitement orthodontique, il peut se produire initialement ou par la suite, des dyskinésies oro-faciales fonctionnelles. Elles entrainent des dysgnathies caractérstiques. Il es nécessaire de noter ces dyskinésies et les dysgnathies qu'elles provoquent car celles ci constituent un danger pour le résultat du traitement.
