Evaluation of sensory data by information theory

Summary

This paper describes the possibility of the information theory to gauge sensorical scales, to judge the disposition of examinators or the sensorical quality of wares and the proof the separation of sensorical judgments upon separated sensorical characteristics.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird gezeigt, wie mit informationstheoretischen Methoden sensorische Skalen geeicht, ihre Ausnutzung gemessen, Dispositions- und vergleichende Warenprüfungen statistisch ausgewertet und getrennte Ansprachen unabhängiger sensorischer Merkmale nachgewiesen werden können.
