Das Interferenz-Mikroskop ist hier zum ersten Male bei Metazoen, nämlich lebenden Nematoden, zur Messung des Wassergehalts benutzt worden. Die Resultate werden beschrieben und die Möglichkeiten weiterer Anwendung diskutiert.
