Die Anwendung der Leucinaminopeptidase-isozyme in der Schwangerschaftsdiagnostik aus Blutspuren

Summary

Application of LAP-isozymes to the diagnosis of pregnancy from blood stains is described. Electrophoresis shows an LAP-active band in α2-globulin in extracts of blood stains of pregnant women in the latter half of pregnancy, puerperal women and in blood stains obtained at delivery. This method is recommendable for the examination of blood stains in medio-legal practice.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Anwendungsmöglichkeit der LAP-isozyme in der Schwangerschaftsdiagnostik aus Blutspuren beschrieben. Aus den Blutspurenextrakten von Frauen in der letzten Hälfte der Schwangerschaft und Wöchnerinnen sowie Geburtsblutspurenextrakten läßt sich in der Elektrophorese eine LAP-aktive Bande im α2-Globulin-Bereich nachweisen. Diese Methode kann für Blutspurenuntersuchungen in der gerichtsärztlichen Praxis empfohlen werden.
