Es wurde eine Karte von 13 Chromosomen-Loci für Strukturgene verschiedener Enzyme vonDrosophila willistoni gegeben. Auf dieser Basis konnten Homologien zwischen den Chromosomenschenkeln vonD. willistoni, D. melanogaster undD. pseudoobscura aufgezeigt werden.
