Résumé

Les auteurs ont étudié, par microélectrode interne, l'interaction entre les potentiels postsynaptique inhibitoire et excitatif dans un myocarde myogénique. Ils ont observé la sommation de ces potentiels et leur action facilitant l'inhibition par hyperpolarization et l'excitation par depolarisation.
