Zusammenfassung
Es wurde der Einfluß von 2,4-D-Salzen (2,4-D-Na und 2,4-D-NH4) auf Entwicklung, Knöllchenbildung und Stickstoffgehalt von Bohnen und Erbsen in Sandkulturen bei stickstoffhaltigem und stickstofffreiem Substrat untersucht. Die Salze wurden durch Besprühen (Blattbehandlung) und über die Wurzeln (Wurzelbehandlung) zugeführt.

Nach Besprühen vonVicia faba mit 0,001% igen Lösungen von 2,4-D-Na oder 2,4-D-NH4 trat eine Verringerung der Trockenmasse in den oberirdischen Teilen auf, während die Trockenmasse der unterirdischen Teile zunahm. Die Gesamttrockenmasse nahm ab. Die Knöllchenbildung wurde stimuliert, so daß beim Na-Salz eine Steigerung der Knöllchentrockensubstanz auf 175% des Kontrollwertes bzw. auf 141% beim NH4-Salz auftrat.

Das Besprühen mit 0,002% igen Lösungen hatte eine geringere Trockensubstanzabnahme der Sproßteile und eine stärkere Trockengewichtzunahme der Wurzelteile zur Folge, so daß im Gesamttrockengewicht der behandelten Pflanzen eine schwache Zunahme beobachtet werden konnte. Die Knöllchenbildung wurde so stark angeregt, daß das Trockengewicht der Knöllchen eine Zunahme auf 190% (Na-Salz) bzw. 165% (NH4-Salz) des Kontrollwertes aufwies.

BeiPisum sativum trat in den behandelten Pflanzen eine Steigerung der Trockenmasse in den ober- und unterirdischen Teilen auf. Die Knöllchenbildung wurde schwach stimuliert.

Der prozentuale Stickstoffgehalt aller Teile vonVicia faba nahm unter 2,4-D-Einfluß allgemein ab, und zwar nach Besprühen mit 0,002% stärker als mit 0,001%.

Bei Zufuhr von 2,4-D-Na oder 2,4-D-NH4 über die Wurzeln wurde bei beiden Versuchspflanzen das Wachstum sämtlicher Teile, einschließlich der Knöllchen, gehemmt und der Stickstoffgehalt herabgesetzt.

Sowohl durch das Besprühen der Blätter als auch durch 2,4-D-Zusätze zum Substrat wurden beiVicia faba undPisum sativum eine Verkleinerung der Blattfläche und Veränderungen der Blattform hervorgerufen, beiVicia faba außerdem Blattfasciationen. Diese verschiedenen Typen morphologischer Effekte konnten mit dem Entwicklungsstand der Blattanlagen zur Zeit des Wuchsstoffeinflusses auf das Sproßmeristem in Beziehung gebracht werden.
