Zusammenfassung

Untersuchungen an sympathischen Ganglien bei intakter Blutversorgung und nach Durch-strömung mit Locke-Lösung. An den perfundierten Ganglien wurde nach Reizung eine Abnahme der synaptischen Vesikel sowie eine Schädigung der Mitochondrien gefunden. Cholinzusatz konnte die degenerativen Veränderungen beheben.
