Die Blutgruppen bei Lebercirrhosen

Zusammenfassung

Bei 250 alkoholischen oder posthepatitischen Lebercirrhosen wurde im Vergleich zu 10 000 Kontrollfällen eine signifikante Häufung der Blutgruppe A und ein selteneres Vorkommen, der Blutgruppe O ermittelt. Diese geänderte Verteilung war nur bei männlichen Cirrhotikern anzutreffen. Die Verteilung der Blutgruppen bei 38 Patienten mit Cirrhose und Ulcus duodeni war von den übrigen Cirrhosen signifikant verschieden. Bei der geringen Zahl von 38 Patienten ist hier allerdings trotz Signifikanz zunächst eine vorsichtige Bewertung notwendig.
