Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Fall von erworbener hämolytischer Anämie beschrieben, der auf Cortrophine-Therapie und Milzexstirpation gut anspricht und neben den für diese Erkrankung typischen serologischen Befunden auch noch einen Antikörper gegen das Blutkörperchenmerkmal S aufweist.
