Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Fall von Bence-Jones-Proteinurie bei Myelom berichtet. Die Nierenfunktionen waren normal. In Belastungsversuchen erwies sich die Glomerulusmembran gegenüber Albumin als dicht. Die Proteinurie wurde durch Prednisolon nur leicht vermindert.
