Niereninsuffizienzerscheinungen bei Boeckscher Sarkoidose

Zusammenfassung

An Hand einer Krankengeschichte werden Ursachen, Differentialdiagnose und Therapie einer hypercalcämischen, hypercalcurischen Niereninsuffizienz bei Sarkoidose diskutiert. Die Retentionserscheinungen stickstoffhaltiger Metaboliten sind auf eine durch die Hypercalcurie ausgelöste Störung der Tubulusfunktion zurückzuführen. Sie werden von den Allgemeinsymptomen einer Hypercalcämie begleitet, da bei Sarkoidose eine Steigerung der intestinalen Calciumresorption eintritt. Beide Formen der Stoffwechselveränderungen können durch Cortisonderivate auf einem bisher noch nicht völlig geklärten Weg beseitigt werden.
