Zellkernmorphologische Geschlechtsbestimmung an der Placenta

Zusammenfassung

Nach der vonBarr zuerst angegebenen Methode wird im Blindversuch das Geschlecht von 50 ausgetragenen neugeborenen Mädchen und Knaben an den Bindegewebs- und Endothelzellkernen der Placentarzotten richtig bestimmt.

Auf die Bedeutung dieser Untersuchungen zur Klärung des primären Geschlechtsverhältnisses und der Fehlgeburtenquote männlicher und weiblicher Feten wird hingewiesen.
