Summary

The major internal protein of the putative human type C virus SKA21-3 was compared with homologous proteins of mammalian type C viruses by two-dimensional analyses of radioiodinated tryptic peptides.

The SKA21-3 virus protein displayed the same pattern as the protein of simian sarcoma virus.
