Zusammenfassung
Es wird die Wirkung von hochwirksamen Antivirusstoffen an Fibroblastenkulturen bestimmt und deren Effekt an Zellen charakterisiert. Die quantitative Wirksamkeitsdifferenz zwischen Virushemmung und Fibroblastenwirkung ist im allgemeinen bei den geprüften Stoffen, unabhängig von anderen Wirksamkeitsrelationen und der Qualität der Zellwirkung, nur gering. Die Bedeutung dieses Befundes für die Beurteilung der Spezifität der Antiviruswirkung wird diskutiert.
