Magnetohydrodynamic flow in a rectangular duct with suction and injection

Summary

The effects of suction or injection on an incompressible laminar flow in a rectangular duct with nonconducting walls in the presence of an imposed transverse magnetic field are examined. Analytical solutions are obtained for the velocity and magnetic field, which are useful for obtaining the current density and electric field strength.
