Conclusions
-
1.
The combined dehydration of N-acylated α-amino acids with primary aliphatic amines in the presence of POC13 results in the formation of bisoxazolyl-N-alkylamines, dihydropyrazines, tetrahydropyrazines with alkylamino, alkylimino, or keto substituents.

2.
The yields of the oxazolylalkylamines and hydropyrazines depend on the relative amounts of the reactants and total from 60 to 70%.
