Abstract
Temperature and concentration profiles in a jet of combustion products are reconstructed by computer tomography from the measured transverse distributions of brightness in the wing of the 4.3-μm CO2 band. A comparison with radial distributions of temperature and CO2 concentration in a flow that are measured by contact methods is performed.
