Conclusions

  1. 1.

The cooling ability of aqueous solution of PK-2 does not only depend on the content of polymer but also on the hardness of the water used in preparing these solutions.

  2. 2.

Raising the temperature or adding sodium alkyl sulfate, IOMS-1, OEDP, which increase the range of film cooling, reduces the cooling ability of aqueous solutions of PK-2.
