Abstract
The optimal Jastrow wave function in the hypernetted-chain scheme is shown to generate numerically suitable expressions for the pressure and the compressibility of a binary boson mixture. In the single-component case, spin-polarized tritium is shown to be unstable for densities below 0.0044 Å−3.
