Abstract

We present new measurements of the temperature derivative of the pressure along the superfluid transition line in4He near saturated vapor pressure. These results indicate that the second derivative (∂2P/∂P∂T)λ is finite at saturated vapor pressure. The data agree with earlier measurements by Kierstead.
