Oxygenated fatty acids of the seeds ofElaeagnus angustifolia

Abstract

Among the oxidized lipids in the seed oil of the oliveElaeagnus angustifolia we have detected six epoxy acids and five hydroxy acids, of these 12-hydroxyoctadeca-8,10-dienone being new.
