Lichen amyloidosus als Beispiel der perikollagenen, primären, hautbeschränkten und vorwiegend umschriebenen Amyloidose

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über 3 Fälle von Lichen amyloidosus berichtet, der 1. hautbeschränkt, mit Neigung zur weiteren Ausbreitung im Rahmen einer Erythrodermie, der 2. hautbeschränkt und umschrieben auf dem Boden einer Varicose und ausgelöst durch ein Trauma (Abschürfung). Der 3. schließlich bot trotz des Vorliegens einer systematisierten perikollagenen Amyloidose (positive Rectumbiopsie) klinisch das charakteristische Bild eines Lichen amyloidosus im Bereich einer Stauungsdermatose. Alle 3 Fälle belegen die Bedeutung lokaler Faktoren für die Amyloidentstehung. Bei den Hautmanifestationen der Amyloidose handelt es sich immer um die perikollagene Ablagerung, die Möglichkeiten und Bedingungen der Amyloidentstehung werden diskutiert.
