Abstract

An electrophoretic procedure has been developed which is capable of resolving mouse and human forms of citrate synthase (E.C. 4.1.3.7) on cellulose acetate strips. This has been used to demonstrate the presence of human citrate synthase in several human-mouse somatic cell hybrids.
