Summary

In each stade the surgical treatment of the elbowjoint in rheumatoid arthritis is successful. The experience of 15 operations on 12 patients are presented. The earliest results are encouraging.

Quel que soit le stade de la polyarthrite chronique evolutive du coude, l'intervention chirurgicale est toujours favorable. L'experience acquise par 15 operations d'articulation chez 12 malades sont presentés. Les premier resultats sont encourageants.

Zusammenfassung

Die chirurgische Behandlung des polyarthritisch veränderten Ellbogengelenkes erscheint in jedem Stadium der Erkrankung aussichtsreich. An Hand von 15 operierten Gelenken bei 12 Patienten werden die bisher gewonnenen Erfahrungen mitgeteilt. Die Frühestergebnisse erscheinen sehr ermutigend.
