Subchronic oral doses of marihuana extract

Abstract

Subchronic oral doses of marihuana revealed no evidence of sensitization to the effects of two test doses of drug as compared to interval treatment with placebo. Slight evidence of tolerance to dizzines and tachycardia from the drug was noted, but not necessarily as a function of the amount of intervening drug exposure.
