Summary

Acrokeratoelastoidosis is a peculiar palmo-plantar keratosis which was first described in 1952 by the Brasilian dermatologist Costa. Since then several patients have been observed, most of them in South America. During the past year we have had occasion to observe this disease in a large German kindred as well.
