Abstract

The uncertainty and inconsistency of wavelet is an important obstacle to the promotion of land full waveform inversion. Based on the basic principle of full waveform inversion, a target matching method is proposed in this paper. By setting the target wavelet and matching all shots (or/and all detection points), the seismic data with a relatively consistent wavelet can be obtained. In order to illustrate the practicability of this method, it is verified by actual data. From the verification results, the wavelet consistency of the processed seismic data has been significantly improved, and the wavelet shape is more complete, which is conducive to further full waveform inversion.
