About the authors
Hongchang Li is a full professor of Economics and vice-chair of the Department of Economics, School of Economics and Management, Beijing Jiaotong University. Prof. Li’s research expertise focuses on industrial economics and transportation economics theory and ranks within top 30 of transportation economics academics in China. Prof. Li is PI for more than 50 national and ministerial-level government funding projects. Prof. Li also serves as a steering committee member of WCTRS and serves as a consulting expert for the China Association for Science and Technology. Prof. Li is also a special economics commentator for media such as China Central Television, China Traffic Radio.
