Abstract
This chapter explored the students' learning experiences and engagement at National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) in Taiwan using a combined scale, the Student Learning Experience Questionnaire (SLEQ) and the Chinese College Student Survey (CCSS). The contents include brief overviews of Taiwan's quality assurance framework, NTHU's learning context, and the process of measuring teaching and learning quality. The results depict NTHU students' engagement and learning experiences and compare students' performance by faculties, year level, and gender. This study provides implications for NTHU students’ learning profiles and implications for future learning.
