Abstract

This paper studies the problem of launching time planning for ballistic missiles. A trajectory cross-detection algorithm and a launch time constraint set are constructed, respectively. Moreover, a launch time optimization model is presented, and two methods, nonlinear programming and improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm are designed based on the model. Finally, the numerical simulations of the designed algorithm are carried out, and comparative analysis is performed. The results show the effectiveness of the algorithm, and it has a smaller impact time spread and better computational efficiency.
