Abstract

This article investigates the collision dynamics of two super-Gaussian (SG) beams in a highly nonlocal nonlinear media by numerically simulating the governing nonlocal nonlinear Schrödinger equation (NNLSE). The NNLSE will be simulated by the use of the split-step-Fourier method to find the collision distance between two co-propagating beams. The effect of the SG parameter will be highlighted in the conclusion.
